One of the things I have learned over the course of my coaching career is that everyone learns differently. Not always do teachings resonate and I have found students and athletes operate better if they have quick reminders or something in place that can spur their memory. That is why I created these!

They are photos of all the basic kicks with breakdowns of how your kick mechanics should look. There are also advanced kick slow-mo videos so you can see the motion of more intricate kicks. The goal was to create something easily accessible and memorable. Both the photos and videos are built so that they are the full dimensions of your phone screen with notes highlighting the common mistakes and the less often caught missteps of each kick when executed and chambered.
